A "Master's" pay despite no relationship to achievement
Victor, you have raised a good topic really. i must say that having a no. of degrees does not mean you should be paid extra money for it and just wastage of money. one thing can be done if the person having a no. of degrees than he/she should be used at the same level and if he can do as per qualification then must be paid extra. hope it is helpful.
